I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how the personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored as necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website poradniaproteina.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
The Website collects only personal data that is necessary for the provision and development of services offered.

In general, the limitation period is 6 years, and for periodic performance or business-related claims – 3 years (unless otherwise specified by law).

User data may be shared with entities affiliated with the Controller, subcontractors, or cooperating entities, including payment processors, courier/postal services, and legal firms.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
The User has the right to: access their personal data, rectify or delete the data, restrict processing, transfer the data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if they believe their rights under the GDPR are being violated.
