Terms & Conditions of the Breezy Lemon & Co. Online Store

I. General Information

  1. The online store available at breezylemonco.com (hereinafter: the “Store”) is operated by: Fitter and Smarter KATARZYNA CHMIELEWSKA. Dietetics and Education, address: Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 51 lok. U-6, 03-982 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5213394020 | REGON: 367108397 | E-mail: breezylemon@onet.eu (hereinafter: the “Seller”)
  2. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, the right of withdrawal, and the complaints procedure.

II. Purchases in the Store

  1. Any individual with full legal capacity may place an order in the Store (hereinafter: the “Customer”).
  2. Physical products are fulfilled using a print-on-demand model by third-party logistics partners.
    Digital products are available for download after payment is completed.

III. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices in the Store are shown in Polish zloty (PLN), US dollars (USD), or Euro (EUR), depending on the selected currency.
  2. Prices include applicable taxes (if required), but do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  3. Payment is made in advance via external payment service providers.

IV. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  1. The fulfillment time for physical products is typically 2 to 7 business days, plus delivery time.
  2. Physical products are shipped directly from the printing facility to the address provided by the Customer.
  3. Digital products are available for download immediately after payment is processed. A download link is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.

V. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

  1. Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
  2. This right does not apply to:
    • custom-made products (e.g., printed T-shirts),
    • digital products that have been downloaded after purchase, if the Customer consented to immediate access.

VI. Complaints

  1. If a product is defective or differs from the order, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Complaints should be submitted to: breezylemon@onet.eu and must include a description and relevant photos.
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt. If accepted, the Seller will offer:
    • a replacement of the product,
    • a refund,
    • or another appropriate solution.

VII. Personal Data and Cookies

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Store uses cookies. Details are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions are available on the Store’s website in a downloadable and printable format.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes become effective upon publication.
  3. For all matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
